CASA Relationship Officer / CASA Sales Officer

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Current Account & Saving Account (CASA) acquisition through branch & field sourcing

HNI / Non-HNI customers ke saath strong relationship build & maintain karna

Existing customers se cross-sell activities (Insurance, Cards, FD/RD, other banking products)

Customer profiling & need-based product selling

Branch team ke sath coordination for account activation & service delivery

Daily activity tracking, customer visits & MIS reporting

Compliance & banking process ka proper follow-up

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Any stream) – Mandatory

Minimum 1 to 5 years' experience in sales (Banking Product)

Proven track record in CASA acquisition & cross-selling

Good communication & negotiation skills

Field sales ke liye comfortable hona chahiye
