Role: Gold Loan officer (Sales)

Location: Madurai,Karur,Tuticorin, Trichy, Coimbatore

Qualification: Graduate

Age limit: upto 32 years

Experience : 1-7 years(Any Sales Experience preferred)

Salary: Upto 3LPA (based on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new gold loan customers through field visits and referrals

Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers

Assist in loan application filling and processing

Coordinate for gold valuation and appraisal

Collect and verify KYC documents (ID & address proof)

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking rules

Handle loan disbursal and customer queries

Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

Conduct field work (visiting shops, markets, households)

Cross-sell insurance and other banking products

Maintain records and update loan systems (LOS)

Support in audit checks and fraud prevention

Report daily/weekly performance to branch manager
