**Axis Sales Academy (ASA)** program:
**What is it?**
A "hire-train-deploy" program for young graduates, fully funding their certification in banking and preparing them for a sales career at Axis Bank.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* **Age:** 21-28 years (19-28 for campus program candidates).
* **Education:** Full-time graduate with minimum 50% marks.
* **Other:** Must be ready for field sales, have no relatives working at Axis Bank, no pending legal cases, and be available based on open positions.
* **Mandatory Requirements:** A compatible mobile device, a mandatory 2-wheeler, and a valid driving license.
* **Exceptions to the 2-wheeler rule:** Female candidates applying for Electronic Vehicle Loans, and all candidates from Assam, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
**Job Description (Sales Officer Role):**
* Selling bank and third-party products.
* Local travel for marketing activities and meeting new customers.
* Contacting existing customers for more business (cross-selling).
* Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
* Completing mandatory certifications (e.g., AMFI).
* Logging customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
**Selection & Training Process:**
1. Online assessment at a branch.
2. 6 days of virtual online training (8 hours/day).
3. Online assessment based on the training (minimum 50% to pass, max two attempts).
4. Successful candidates are absorbed as Sales Officers.
**Package and Benefits:**
* **Fixed CTC:** Ranges from ~₹2.25 Lakh to ~₹2.37 Lakh per annum, depending on the city's "tier".
* **Incentives:** Average ₹5,000, up to ₹60,000 based on performance.
