Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products directly to clients in the field. The candidate will be required to visit potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our products, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients, organizations, offices, and potential customers regularly.

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.

• Present and demonstrate company products to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, demonstrations, and order processing.

• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Email.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview
Additional: Petrol/Travel Allowance + Incentives

This is a 100% field-based sales job. The selected candidate will be required to regularly travel in the assigned area and meet customers for product sales and business development.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
