1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell home cinema room solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable home theatre solutions, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential customers interested in home cinema rooms, home theatres, and premium audio-visual solutions.

2. Conduct field visits to residential properties, villas, apartments, offices, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.

3. Understand customer requirements, budget, room dimensions, and entertainment preferences.

4. Promote home cinema solutions, including projectors, projection screens, speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, acoustic treatments, seating, lighting, and automation systems.

5. Explain product features, technical specifications, installation processes, and the benefits of customized home cinema solutions.

6. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and business development activities.

7. Coordinate with the technical team for site inspections, room assessments, and customized solution recommendations.

8. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations in coordination with the sales team.

9. Follow up with prospective customers to negotiate pricing, address queries, and close sales.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other referral partners.

11. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, sales orders, and follow-up activities.

12. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, lead-generation targets, and customer-visit targets.

13. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

14. Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and referrals.

15. Submit daily field visit reports and regular sales performance updates to the reporting manager.

3. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in sales, marketing, or electronics is an advantage.

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in home automation, AV systems, consumer electronics, interior solutions, or premium home products.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of home theatre systems, projectors, speakers, and audio-visual equipment, or willingness to learn.

• Ability to develop customer relationships and convert leads into sales.

• Good planning, time-management, and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

• A valid driving 2 & 4-Wheeler license are preferred, as required for field travel.

6. Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Mode: Field-based with office coordination

• Working Hours: As per company policy

• Salary: ₹ 20,000/- to ₹ 35,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives as per company policy

• Travel Allowance: As per company policy
