Job description auction-based property sales—especially dealing with NPAs under the SARFAESI Act—and a solid track record of closing deals and building relationships in this niche market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage prospective buyers and investors interested in NPA or auctioned properties.Build and maintain a network with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and distressed asset buyers.Drive sales through auction listings, foreclosure channels, and distressed asset inventories.Ensure thorough understanding of SARFAESI regulations, auction rules, and property legalities.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.Provide clear, accurate information and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle.Research and monitor trends in auction property markets and NPA volumes.Identify high opportunity segments and proactively pursue potential deals.Maintain up-to-date records of leads, pipelines, and performance metrics.Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales Head and senior management.in property auction sales, particularly with NPA or SARFAESI- related transactions.Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for auctioning distressed assets in India.Proven ability in business development, negotiation, and closing property transactions.Excellent communication, client relationship, and organizational skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.Open to candidates from any city in India (willing to travel locally as required).required Candidate Palghar,Navi Mumbai,Thane, Mumbai all locations
