Job Description

To oversee and manage the disposal operations in the west zone, ensuring smooth coordination, client handling, documentation, and achievement of disposal targets within company standards.key responsibilities:plan and supervise disposal activities in the assigned zone.coordinate with sellers, buyers, vendors, and field teams.maintain records of assets, lots, and auction/disposal schedules.ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.support the zonal manager in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.visit client locations when required for inspection or coordination.monitor team performance and provide guidance or updates.handle inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.build strong relationships with banks, corporates, and agencies for disposal assignments.
