Role & Responsibilities:

Meet potential clients to explain and promote banking products and services.

Source and open new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts through lead generation and field activity.

Acquire CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) and liability accounts via:

Cold calling

Market references

Cross-selling

Selling third-party financial products (e.g., Life & Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, SIPs)

Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase branch liability business and achieve assigned targets.

Build and nurture customer relationships to meet acquisition targets.

Tap into multiple channels for customer acquisition:

Local campaigns

Walk-ins

Referrals

Business associations and professional networks

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline with strong communication, analytical, and sales skills.

1–2 years of experience in banking liability sales (preferably CASA/FD) from the local market.

Candidates with open market sales experience and interest in CASA sales will also be considered.

Sound knowledge of CASA products is essential.

Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
