Job Title: Relationship Manager – Atom Capitol

Location: Noida

Department: Sales & Client Relations

Reports To: Sales Head / General Manager – Business Development


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, helping drive sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting post-sale services for real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand clients’ real estate needs and provide property recommendations accordingly.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications before, during, and after the sale.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and CRM tools.

  • Follow up on leads generated through conferences and walk-ins.

  • Coordinate property site visits and explain features, pricing, and benefits.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments, documentation, and queries.

  • Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to facilitate smooth registration and handover.

  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and sales team for improving strategies.

  • Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on client activities and sales performance.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building ability

  • Good knowledge of local real estate market trends

  • Strong Presentation Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

3–5 years of experience in client relationship management or r
