Experience: Usually 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within FMCG, chemicals, or industrial cleaning.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Chemistry/Science backgrounds are highly valued for technical sales).
Mobility: A valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel (daily travel within the assigned territory is standard).
Skills: • Strong negotiation and "closing" abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivation to work independently in the field.
