Job Role:
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable colours, designs, and paint products
• Guide customers regarding painting and décor solutions
• Explain Safe Painting Service (SPS) available at the store
• Upsell and cross-sell premium products
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with dealer store for customer support
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Hindi, English & Local language knowledge
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word & Excel)
• Customer handling & sales interest preferred
