Job Description:
We are hiring a Direct Sales Representative (DSR) for Asian Paints Masterstroke. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with painting contractors, promoting Asian Paints products, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit painting contractors, dealers, retailers, and customers in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with painting contractors.
Promote Asian Paints products and encourage product usage.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Inform contractors about product features, schemes, and promotional offers.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with contractors.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Field sales experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required for field visits.
Salary: As per company norms, plus applicable incentives and allowances.
