Salary Structure:

Gross Salary: ₹22,347/- (Non-metro) + Allowances + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Asian Paints products to walk-in and potential customers.

• Engage in cold calling, field visits, and product presentations.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report metrics to management.

• Provide market feedback and maintain updated client records.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates only).

• Age: Below 26 years.

• Academic Performance: Minimum 50% throughout 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).

• Location Preference: Candidates must be from the base location (Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Oarthanadu).

• Transport: Bike is mandatory.

• Should not have any active or past backlogs.

• Should not have more than 1-year education gap.

• Languages: Must be proficient in English & Tamil.

• Candidates must wear formal attire for the interview.
