Job Purpose:
The Ezy Colour Consumer Associate is responsible for converting leads into sales, supervising sites, and handling customer interactions at Ezy Colour dealer shops. The role involves pitching products to walk-in customers, submitting quotations, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely payment collection. Additionally, the associate will generate leads through local activations and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.

• Supervise sites and ensure smooth operations at Ezy Colour dealer shops.

• Handle walk-in customers, pitch products, and submit quotations.

• Collect feedback from customers and ensure payment collection for converted sites.

• Generate leads through local activations and community outreach.

• Report daily performance metrics and feedback to the team leader.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.

• Research and implement creative sales strategies to achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks throughout academics and no year gaps.

• Freshers or candidates with prior sales experience are welcome to apply.

• Must possess a bike for travel (mandatory).

• Age limit: Up to 25 years (as specified in the JD).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salary: 18000 - 22000 per month
