Field Sales Executive - Industrial Tools (Kolkata)Company: Induspro Smart SolutionsLocation: Kolkata, West BengalAbout the Role:Induspro Smart Solutions is seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and conduct trials of our range of imported, specialized industrial tools to manufacturing and engineering industries across the Kolkata region. This role is focused on new business development and technical engagement.Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential industrial clients (e.g., manufacturing units, engineering workshops, production facilities) in and around Kolkata. * Conduct on-site visits and presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our specialized imported industrial tools. * Coordinate and execute product trials and demonstrations at client locations, ensuring proper setup and gathering performance feedback. * Achieve assigned sales and trial targets by developing a strong pipeline and successfully converting trials into sales orders. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing technical support during the initial phase. * Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, trial outcomes, and market feedback.Qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the industrial equipment, tools, or related technical products sector. * A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or a related technical field is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to travel extensively within the Kolkata metropolitan area and surrounding industrial zones. * Must be proficient in local language (Bengali) and English. * Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain the functioning of industrial tools.Join Induspro Smart Solutions and drive the adoption of cutting-edge industrial technology in Kolkata!
