Job Description: Field Executive – Auto Driver Onboarding

Role Overview:

Responsible for meeting auto drivers in the field, explaining the platform, collecting documents, and completing their onboarding to increase active supply in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Logins
Visit auto stands and hotspots to identify and onboard new auto drivers
Explain earnings, incentives, trip process, and app usage
Collect and verify documents (DL, RC, Insurance, Permit, Aadhaar)
Assist drivers in completing app-based onboarding and training
Ensure drivers understand platform policies and SOPs
Maintain daily reports on onboardings, leads, and field activities
Act as the first point of contact for driver queries during onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
12th pass/Graduate
Prior experience in field sales/operations preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of local geography, regional language and auto routes
Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting targets
Smartphone proficiency
Must have 2 wheeler with DL, Insurance, RC, and PUC.
