Field Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To generate new business opportunities by promoting and selling broadband and leased line services to individual and corporate customers within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers (residential & commercial) for broadband and leased line connections.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Explain service plans, pricing, and installation process to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

• Conduct area mapping and maintain daily visit reports.

• Build strong customer relationships for future cross-selling and upselling.

• Coordinate with the technical team for timely installation and activation.

• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Collect required documents and assist in completing onboarding formalities.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing events.
