Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate with clients and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings when required.
