Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive (Male) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or client handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients in the field, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services.

• Visit clients/customers in the field to demonstrate and explain offerings.

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and close deals effectively.

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred.

• 6 months – 1 year of field sales or direct sales experience.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
