Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Understand customer needs, gather technical requirements, and build relationships.
Technical Sales Support: Deliver product demonstrations, explain technical details, and provide in-depth product knowledge.
Solution Design: Customize products or services to meet specific client specifications, often modifying them.
Proposal & Documentation: Prepare technical proposals, manage RFPs/RFIs, and analyze costs/sales.
Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, R&D, and marketing teams to provide feedback and align solutions with business goals.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, training, and troubleshooting for installed products.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the product/industry, programming (if applicable).
Sales & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and financial aspects.
