• Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territory.

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including retailers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and corporate offices.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.

• Visit potential and existing clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business.

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.

• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve product positioning.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
