Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing clients regularly to generate new business.

• Promote and sell company products/services to customers.

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations and convert them into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and other sales-related activities as required.

• The role requires regular local/outstation travel as per business requirements. Field sales roles commonly involve customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, relationship management, and target achievement.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales.

• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence is required.

• Candidate should be comfortable with regular travel.

• Ability to independently handle client meetings and sales visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
