We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Anugraha Construction Equipment Services & Support Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and government projects.
Promote and sell construction equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Graders, Compactors, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing/terms.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and pipeline management.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Business Administration (preferred).
Proven experience in construction equipment / heavy machinery sales (1–5 years).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
