As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives for our range of machine spare parts. The role involves both field and office work, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing clients, and contributing to overall business growth.
Field Sales: Visit potential and existing clients, conduct product discussions, and explain features and benefits of machine spare parts.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present company offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and performance using CRM or reporting systems.
Market Research: Collect information on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements to support sales strategies.
2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial or machinery sector.
Proven experience in field sales and client handling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
