  • Greet and assist customers in understanding vehicle features, pricing, and benefits.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/vehicles.

  • Conduct test drives and explain product features clearly.

  • Maintain product knowledge on all models, variants, and updates.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth delivery.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-up records, and CRM entries.
