Job Description: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive product sales, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with departmental stores and retail shops within the assigned territory. The executive will be responsible for achieving daily sales targets, ensuring brand visibility, and growing the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales

• Visit departmental stores, general stores, retail outlets, and other targeted shops in the assigned area.

• Generate a minimum of 30 leads/orders per day.

• Ensure each order taken has a minimum value of ₹2,000.

• Identify new shops and potential customers to expand the sales network.

• Present product details, pricing, and offers clearly to retailers.

2. Order Booking & Follow-Up

• Collect orders from shops daily and ensure proper entry in the system/format provided.

• Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and maintain continuous engagement.

• Maintain a record of orders, visit logs, and daily reports.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Promote company products through in-store branding, sampling, or product demonstrations (if required).

• Ensure brand visibility across shops in the allotted territory.

• Gather market feedback and customer insights to support marketing strategies.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners and buyers.

• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.

• Ensure timely communication and maintain professionalism at all times.

5. Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure growth in order volume and number of active shops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Proven experience in Field Sales / FMCG Sales / Retail Sales.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and area travel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 30+ orders generated per day.

• Minimum order value: ₹2,000.

• Number of new shops added monthly.

• Sales volume growth and repeat order conversion rate.

• Daily reporting accuracy and shop visits logged.
