Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories. Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and meet potential clients to promote and sell products/services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor offerings.
Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor visits, and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
0–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
