Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Colaba to Virar / Badlapur / Titwala / Panvel / Dronagiri)

Role Overview:
· The CHE is responsible for generating walk-in appointments for a publicly listed chain of Ayurvedic healthcare clinics
· Appointments are to be generated through on-ground customer interaction and awareness activities. This is a field role for energetic go-getters.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct door-to-door, society, corporate, and market activations to generate appointments.
· Educate potential customers about available healthcare programs.
· Maintain leads in CRM provided by Client.
· Achieve daily lead targets of 25–50 leads.
· Meet weekly clinic appointments and footfall goals.
· Represent the brand professionally during field campaigns and health camps.
· Support local marketing promotions and clinic-level events.
· Share customer feedback with the team for improvement.
· Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
· Follow territory plans and demonstrate punctuality and field discipline.
Desired Skills & Experience
· 1–2 years experience in direct/field sales (Fresher with strong confidence can apply).
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Energetic, hardworking, and target-driven.
· Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for long hours.
· Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
· Basic smartphone handling and data entry.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
