Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and drive sales through field visits in assigned retail areas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to customers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Candidate Requirements
1 to 6 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Sales background preferred).
