Field Sales Executive

Location: Ezhichur, Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC Doors & Windows solutions in Kancheepuram, Chennai, Chengalpattu, and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. Experience in building materials, construction products, UPVC, aluminum windows, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and cold calling.
Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and project consultants to promote company products.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
1–3 year of field sales experience.
Experience in UPVC Doors & Windows, Aluminum Windows, Building Materials, Construction Products, Plywood, Hardware, Roofing Sheets, or related industries preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Willingness to travel across Chennai, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, and nearby areas
Immediate joiners preferred
