Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive with proven experience in lubricants sales, particularly with industries, crushers, and fleet operators. The candidate should be capable of meeting decision-makers directly and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Castrol lubricants in the Attibele, Hosur and Mysore regions.
Develop and manage relationships with industries, crushers, fleet owners, and channel partners.
Meet directly with decision-makers to generate business and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Conduct market research and provide competitor insights.
Share regular sales updates with management.
Requirements:
Immediate joiner with direct and current experience in lubricants sales.
Must have successfully closed sales with industries, crushers, and fleet operators.
Strong communication and customer convincing skills.
Languages: Must know Kannada, Hindi, and English. Tamil and other languages are an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
