Job Title: Field Sales Executive – UPVC Division

Location: Attibele, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Job Type: Full-time (Field Based)
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our UPVC Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, and promoting UPVC doors & windows solutions in and around Attibele, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers, builders, dealers, architects and showrooms in Attibele & nearby areas.

• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Present and demonstrate UPVC products effectively to customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.

• Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager.

• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferred in building materials / UPVC / windows & doors / related products).

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (required for daily field travel).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Good local knowledge of Attibele and the surrounding areas.

• Ability to work independently and report regularly.

• Must be an immediate joiner.

Location Preference

Candidates must reside near Attibele, Bangalore, or nearby villages/localities for quick daily travel & field coverage.
