Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell uPVC doors & windows and PVC/CPVC pipes in and around Attibele. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling field sales activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Promote and sell uPVC doors, windows, and PVC/CPVC pipe products
Visit construction sites, dealers, builders, and contractors regularly
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred
Proven experience in field sales (preferably in building materials)
Freshers with a strong interest in sales can also apply
Mandatory Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Should be residing within 10 km of Attibele
Must be an immediate joiner
Language Requirements:
Kannada and English – Mandatory
Hindi and other regional languages – Preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good market knowledge and networking ability
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile reporting
Salary:
₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
