Job Description – Retailer Management, Business Operations and Accounts
- Retailer Creation: Register and create new retailers in the system.
- Balance Loading: Add the required balance to retailers’ accounts to start business operations.
- Business Generation: Facilitate business transactions and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Balance Collection: Collect the balance amount from retailers after business transactions.
- Money Collection: Collect payments from retailers and maintain proper payment records.
- Pending Payment Management: Track outstanding and pending payments and maintain accurate records in the books of accounts.
- Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions, collections, balances, and pending amounts in the books of accounts.
- Bank Transfer: Deposit or transfer the collected money into the company’s bank account and maintain transaction records.
- Reconciliation: Verify collected amounts, pending balances, and bank deposits to ensure accuracy.
Overall Job Responsibility:
Managing the complete retailer business cycle, starting from retailer registration and balance loading to business generation, payment collection, pending balance management, bookkeeping, and transferring collected funds to the company’s bank account.
