Job Description

Airtel Payments Bank is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote our digital banking solutions and expand our customer network.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets and merchants within the allocated territory.
Acquire new merchants for Airtel Payments Bank services.
Promote and sell Airtel Sound Box and other digital payment solutions.
Assist merchants with installation, activation, and onboarding.
Educate merchants on product features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Submit daily activity and sales reports to the Team Leader.
