Field Sales Executive – LED Frame Onboarding (Model–2 Network Expansion)
Primary Responsibilities: ● Daily visits to villages & semi-urban areas ● Onboarding homes/shops for LED frame installations ● Collecting onboarding fee ● Installation coordination ● Achieving weekly/monthly targets Weekly Workflow (Mandatory): ● Mon–Thu: Field Visit + Lead Generation ● Fri: Sales Closing Day (Target 5–10 Closings) ● Sat: Weekly Off only if targets achieved
Age: 18–38 years ● Education: 10th/12th/Graduate ● Strong communication in the local language ● Knowledge of local area/villages ● Own smartphone ● Comfortable with field sales ● Must join immediately
