🚨 We’re Hiring – Field Sales Executive (LED Panels) 🚨
📍 Location: Delhi | Gurgaon | NCR
⚠️ 100% Field Role | No Hybrid | No Desk Job

We are looking for energetic, target-driven field sales professionals to promote and sell LED panels across villages and semi-urban areas.

🔹 Role Highlights:

✔ Daily field visits & lead generation
✔ Onboarding homes/shops for LED frame installations
✔ Installation coordination
✔ Weekly & monthly target achievement

📅 Work Schedule:

🟢 Monday – Saturday: Field visits & sales
🎯 Friday: Sales closing day (5–10 closures target)
🔴 Sunday: Weekly off

📊 Reporting & Compliance:

✔ Daily GPS-verified reporting
✔ Lead submission with photos
✔ Morning & evening review meetings
✔ Strict SOP adherence

✅ Eligibility:

🔹 Age: 18–38 years
🔹 Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate
🔹 Strong local language communication
🔹 Knowledge of local areas & villages
🔹 Own smartphone & 2-wheeler
🔹 Immediate joiners preferred

❌ Not Eligible:

❌ Freelancers / Part-timers
❌ BPO-only background
❌ Candidates unwilling to travel or meet targets
