Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers using company-provided leads.

• Understand customer requirements and identify business challenges.

• Present and demonstrate the Aidotics BMS platform.

• Schedule and conduct online and in-person meetings across Delhi NCR.

• Convert qualified leads into active business customers.

• Build long-term relationships with bureau owners and key decision-makers.

• Support customers throughout the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales updates.

• Achieve monthly sales and business onboarding targets.

• Represent Aidotics professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, Corporate Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Relationship Management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable with both office-based and field sales.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Own laptop or tablet (Mandatory).

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).

• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.

• Comfortable with calling, customer meetings, and field visits.
