Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Company: Agrim Wholesale Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Field-based (assigned territory)
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores, Kirana shops, and HoReCa clients to promote and sell company products.
Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Take orders, ensure proper merchandising, and check product availability.
Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and demand trends.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
Ensure payment collection as per company policy.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
Experience: 1–4 years in field sales (FMCG/Wholesale preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and sales reporting tools.
