Job Description

AGH International is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, understanding their product requirements, introducing suitable chemical and material solutions, generating enquiries, and coordinating with the internal team for quotations, samples, trials, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, references, and market research.

• Visit manufacturing companies and industrial customers to understand their material requirements.

• Present and promote the company’s chemical products and technical solutions.

• Generate new leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, product trials, and purchase orders.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to recommend suitable products.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer-visit targets.

• Collect market information regarding customer demand, competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

• Support payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection from customers.

• Submit regular sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales or B2B sales.

• Candidates with experience in the chemical industry will be preferred.

• Experience in industrial products, automotive components, adhesives, coatings, plastics, rubber, electrical, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with travelling and visiting customers regularly.

• Eager to learn about technical products and their applications.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM or sales reporting.

• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple customer enquiries.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
