Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales at our Patna (Saguna More) location. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and proven experience in achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
