Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24000 - ₹28000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self generated or may be generated by the Branch.

• Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.

• Providing pre and post sales support to customers (e.g. claim settlement)

• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium )

• Need not to generate leads by yourself just have to work nearby based on the leads assigned by the branch.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience with 22 to 34 years. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
