· Identifying potential clients, scheduling meeting with potential clients.
· Building and maintaining relationship with regular clients as well as potential clients.
· Our clientele mainly consists of Event managers, sports managers, Construction companies, CA firms.
· Will need to identify and do ground research to identify the correct contact person in the companies and update CRM database with details.
· Achieve monthly sales targets for the events completed.
· Visit different event venues and create relationships with Venue managers and event managers there.
· Generate leads from contacts and relationships where inside sales staff can call and schedule the meetings.
· Identify new sectors where temporary manpower can be required.
· Help operations team in implementing actual events on even days.
· Identify understand customer needs through effective questioning and provide correct solution.
· Update customer visit information in the CRM database accurately.
· Collaborate with the Inside sales team to achieve overall organizational goals.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
