Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential and commercial areas to promote ACT Fibernet broadband plans.

• Identify and qualify leads through door-to-door interactions or market surveys.

• Explain product offerings, pricing, and value propositions clearly to potential customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using sales tools.

• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for service fulfillment.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local events as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in telecom, broadband, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people daily.

• Basic understanding of broadband/internet services is an advantage.

• Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred (with a valid driving license).
