Purpose:

To drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Result areas:

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

· Identify and onboard new customers to expand the customer base.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

· Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Demonstrate in-depth understanding of products/services to effectively address customer needs and objections.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the applications.

· Efficiently plan and execute field visits to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead.

· Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization through effective sales strategies.

· Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction..

· Prioritize achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies.

· Focus on identifying, targeting, and converting potential clients to expand the customer base.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

· Optimize coverage of the assigned territory by planning and executing field visits efficiently.

· Develop a deep understanding of the products/services to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.

· Actively seek and qualify new leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing timely support, and delivering value.

· Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

· Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
