Job Summary:
Acrannolife is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a field-based role, responsible for driving the adoption and sales of our innovative Trunome GrafAssure and Trunome GrafCare-360 Programs across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for improving patient care through advanced technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Doctor Engagement:
Identify and visit leading nephrologists, hepatologists, and transplant surgeons to build strong professional relationships.
Create awareness, present, and promote Trunome GrafAssure and Trunome GrafCare-360 Programs, leveraging a strong understanding of our Trunome technology.
Highlight the patient-centric advantages and benefits of Trunome GrafAssure & Trunome GrafCare-360° Programs, emphasizing affordability and improved patient outcomes.
Articulate the clinical advantages and benefits of the programs, explaining how they enable constant monitoring of transplant graft health, aid in early detection of adversities (rejection or infections), and facilitate timely clinical intervention to save transplanted grafts.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
Strategically plan doctor outreach activities to consistently meet monthly and quarterly Trunome sales targets.
Effectively manage field visits, maintain accurate CRM entries, and provide weekly progress reports to management.
Collect and analyze feedback from doctors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Actively seek referrals and identify new opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
Identify and organize Trunome's participation in relevant clinical conferences, events, and medical meets.
3. Clinical Understanding & Training:
Stay continuously updated on the latest transplant care protocols, biopsy alternatives, and technological advancements in post-transplant management and care.
Conduct comprehensive product trainings and provide support materials for hospital staff and doctors.
Organize and conduct CME programs/events at various Medical Educational Institutions to create awareness about Trunome technology, our products, and their societal benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics sales.
Strong communication skills, including excellent English proficiency, interpersonal abilities, and scientific presentation capabilities.
Fluency in the respective local state language for effective communication.
Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to continuously learn and adapt.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in improving patient care through innovative technology.
