Abija Exports is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our commercial growth and distribution network across South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra and Telugana.

If you are an aggressive business developer with strong field presence and proven distributor management experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Expansion: Drive primary and secondary sales to consistently meet and exceed regional targets across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka,Andhra,Telugana
Distributor Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, stockists, and retail networks across key markets.
B2B Client Acquisition: Prospect and secure high-volume corporate and institutional accounts.
Market Mapping: Conduct routine ground-level market visits to analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and retail coverage.
Operations & Recovery: Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and payment collections.
Reporting: Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and territory performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Any Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or Commerce preferred).
6+ years of field sales experience in exports, B2B, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of managing multi-state or multi-district territories.
Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil ,Hindi, working proficiency in Malayalam or Kannada or Telegu is highly preferred.
Must be open to extensive travel across designated South Indian territories.
Candidate Preference: Male Only Age 20 to 40 Age
