Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.
Visit garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers, and chain stores to promote ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Follow up on payments and ensure excellent customer service.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.
Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Candidate Profile

✔ 6+ years of Field Sales experience in the Textile / Garment / Apparel Industry
✔ Strong network with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers in Tamil Nadu
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
✔ Valid driving licence preferred
