Job Description

Aapanam Global Pvt. Ltd. is a proud Make-in-India BLDC Ceiling Fan manufacturer. We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive sales across our assigned territories.
Job Locations (Territory Coverage):
Gurugram, Delhi, Rewari, Jhajjar
Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Sohna, Pataudi
Alwar, Neemrana, Kotputli-Behror
All surrounding rural and village-level areas within assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territory to sell BLDC fans
Set up and manage canopy/stall activations at markets and housing societies
Identify and build relationships with local dealers and electrical shops
Submit daily field visit and sales reports
Achieve monthly target of 100 unit equivalents (D2C + Dealer mix)

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ₹10,000/month
Fuel Allowance: ₹3,900/month
Total Fixed CTC: ₹13,900/month
Performance Incentive: ₹100 per D2C sale | ₹50 per Dealer sale (post target)
No upper cap on incentive earnings

Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass
Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
Strong Hindi communication skills
Basic smartphone proficiency
Freshers welcome; D2D/FMCG/Electrical sales experience preferred
