Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to generate leads, assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, conduct test drives, negotiate sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.

1. Key Responsibilities

   • Generate and follow up on customer leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.

   • Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.

   • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and warranty options.

   • Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

   • Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.

   • Convert leads into bookings and completed vehicle sales.

   • Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.

   • Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM.

   • Follow up with prospects and existing customers after sales.

   • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

   • Maintain good customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.

   • Monitor competitor offers and market trends.

   Requirements

   • 1–3 years of experience in automobile/car sales preferred.

   • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

   • Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.

   • Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle financing.

   • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.

   • Valid driving licence preferred.

   • Basic computer/CRM skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
